Get current timestamp

GET https://www.lightsms.com/external/get/timestamp.php

Get the current UTC timestamp for use in API requests.

All API requests require a valid timestamp parameter. The timestamp is valid for 10 seconds. Always fetch a fresh timestamp before making API requests to avoid authentication errors.
