Relate card to wallet
PUT https://wallet.paysera.com/rest/v1/wallet/{walletId}/card
Relate card with wallet (sends confirmation code).
After this, user must confirm the card.
Authorization​
This endpoint requires MAC (Message Authentication Code) authentication.
Authorization Header Format:
